What is the School Breakfast Challenge?
The School Breakfast Challenge is a collaborative initiative to make sure students start their day with a healthy school breakfast.
To succeed in school, children need more than just books and desks and teachers; they need the fuel to learn. Traditional school breakfast models miss students who arrive late, or who avoid free breakfast due to stigma.
We work with schools to implement Breakfast after the Bell, an evidence-based approach that makes breakfast a normal, seamless part of the school day.
“Breakfast after the Bell” is an evidence based approach to reducing stigma and improving participation in school breakfast.

A friendly statewide competition among New Hampshire schools to boost student breakfast participation, celebrate your morning meal programs, and highlight why school breakfast matters.
